Coronavirus (COVID-19)

The registration is closed. Due to the current situation, the conference is postponed.

We will keep you updated via e-mail, the website, and Twitter!

Registration Fee

You could register either for the whole conference or only for the workshop/tutorial day. Payments are possible either via bank transfer (wire transfer) or credit card (Visa, Mastercard).

Conference

Conference registration fee is € 550,- and includes:

Main conference
Rodin Workshop and Tutorials
Refreshments and lunches each day
Conference excursion and dinner for one person
Public transport ticket valid within the city of Ulm on all days (26. - 29.05.20)

A discount of € 100,- is granted for students / PhD students (confirmation required).

Extra excursion and dinner place for accompanying people is € 100,-.

Workshop Only

Workshop only registration is € 80,- and includes:

Rodin Workshop and Tutorials
Refreshments and lunch on 26 May

Visa

If you need a visa for traveling to Germany can be checked here. In case you need an invitation letter, please contact us via e-mail.
